Condolences

Condolence From: Theresa and Frank Matys
Condolence: To Joe and Family,

Please accept our deepest sympathy in the loss of your dear Donna, a lady so loved and respected by many. Her bright constant smile gave a lift to all who had the honour of knowing her.
When we brought my elderly mother Carmela for her weekly hairdo, Donna was so kind and caring in her approach to Mom. She put Mom at ease and made her feel so good about herself. It was one of the highlights of my mnother's week.
We feel grateful to have known her and we realize that she will be greatly missed by so many.

Condolence: Dear Joe, Tammy, Terri and Families,

Such sad news to hear of her passing. She was always an uplifting presence, even while in the middle of her battle....so inspirational how she continued to take care of 'her ladies' who had been coming to her for so long. She not only sent them home feeling happy with their do's but better about their lives in general, just as she did with everyone she came in contact with. As individuals and community, we will miss her greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Joe, Tammy and Lyle and Family and Teri and Chris and Family:

Mel and I are so very sorry to hear of your recent loss and we send our deepest sympathy. We know she was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.

Over the years that we have known your family, we recognised how much you all loved her and how much she loved and cared about her family. We are sure she appreciated all the time you were able to spend with her during her final days.

She was a well-respected lady in the community who will be very much missed by everyone who knew her.

There is nothing we can say to ease your pain, however; perhaps now is a good time to remember the words of Dr. Seuss – “Do not cry because it is over.....Smile because it happened.” We were all truly blessed to have known Donna and perhaps it time to reflect upon and smile about those meaningful times spent with her. I know my cherished memory was a walk along the Rail Trail with her….she truly respected nature and loved to capture it through the lens of her camera. I will always smile when I recall the time shared with her that day.

With heartfelt sympathy,

Mel and Valerie Smith

Condolence: Dear Joe, Tammy and Teri and family:
Our hearts go out to you in your time of sadness. Donna was like an aunt to me and such a good friend to Mum and Dad. Also what a fighter, we could all take lessons for the battle she went through and how she coped. I am so happy that Donna and Mum took the trip of Mum's dream and she has so many good memories of their trip.
The girls and I wish you all comfort and courage to face the days ahead. We know that loving memories of her will be forever in your hearts.
Love, Colleen, Dawn, Laura and Kristyn.
