Cecil Fransky, beloved husband of Marlene, loving father of Sheila & Terry Rappel of Belleville, Randy & Lana Fransky of Bancroft, Darwin Fransky of Barrie and the late Terry, loving grandfather of Ryan, Jason, Sean, Ashley, Brandon and Jordon and his 5 great grandchildren, dear brother of Freeman of Bancroft, Sidney of Bancroft, Joyce Lemaire of Chelmsford and Marlene Labinowicz of Brampton. Cecil was predeceased by Garnet, Clayton, Victor and Phyllis and by his parents, Edward & Julia (Hontoon) Fransky. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
