Condolences

Condolence From: Lisa Whitney
Condolence: Rest in Peace Uncle Leonard. I will always remember the summers we spent with you and Aunt Lois and waking up to either a glass of water being lovingly tossed in the face if we didn't get out of bed fast enough or to the smell of your famous flapjacks. You were the only person I've ever known to have the ability to look down in a field of clover and find a four-leafed one each and every time. And to have given each and every one us your "whisker rubs" that truly did hurt but we only ever laughed because it was you giving them. So many fond memories that thankfully will stay with me forever.

Lovingly,
Lisa

Condolence: Family & Friends:
Prayers & fond memories are what we have to remember our dearly departed. May the love of family & friends comfort you during these difficult days. Our most heart felt condolences go out to you all & take comfort in the fact that he is in a better place now and free of pain & discomfort.
I will always remember my cousin Sonny as he and his two brothers Mural and Buddy always treated me as a younger brother. Sonny (Sgt) was always proud to have served his country in the Army during the Second world war and Korea. He was a magnificent figure in uniform & my inspiration in joining the RCAF where I had a very successful carrier in Search & Rescue. It is only fitting that Sonny passed away on Remembrance Day 11 November. “Lest We Forget—I Will Remember Him!”
